Feature request : Option to set the subtitle and audio delay by using visual and audio clues

The Android variant allows the user to set the Subtitle and Audio delay by using visual and audio clues (vlc-android provides buttons like 'Sound Heard', 'Sound Spotted Button' to manage audio delay and 'Voice Heard', 'Text Seen Button' to manage subtitle delay). It would be great to have this on Vlc 4 as well.
