VLSub should mention its username/password is for opensubtitles.org

Until now opensubtitles was kind of a silent partner to VLC as nothing in VLC suggests it has nothing to do with it.

However, after the discovery of VLsub throws an error msg VLSub can no longer be used without providing a username/password for opensubtitles.org

Therefore, can you please add the prefix opensubtitles.org and probably also a link in VLSub's config screen?

I believe this is a definite must for new VLC users but will probably also assist existing ones.
