The quality of snapshots is not as good as the frame looks when the video is paused. I have tried JPG, PNG & TIFF formats, but the details and clarity do not match the video quality, which looks even higher than the snapshots. The snapshots have a low amount of detail, clarity, and colours and are smoother than the video. I have checked with multiple videos whose resolution, bitrate, and codecs are different, but still, I believe there is some issue with the VLC. I have the latest version of VLC on 64-bit windows 11 pro system. I am using Picasa to view the snapshot, so even if I use any other photo viewer, the photo quality seems to be the same. The snapshot size in the screen recording is 23.9 MB. I cannot upload the screen recording in this chat because of the size, which is 133 MB, so I am pasting a public google drive link to watch the video.
