VLC on Apple TV do not switch in HDR when playing HDR content

Hi,

to minimise black screen frequently appearing on Apple TV, Ive modified my Apple TV setup as is :

Format: 4K SDR (60Hz, but 50Hz do no change anything in our case)
HDMI:output YCbCr
Chroma: 4:4:4
Match Content: Range and Frame Rate

When playing HDR content on Disney+ or Apple TV+ app, the signal switch in HDR (I can confirm this on my samsung settings) You can see this video for explanation : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htd_1RSaf3A

But when playing HDR content on VLC, the TV still indicate it remains in SDR.
