Fluidlite plays all MIDI files 1 octave higher

In nightly build v4.0-dev-win32 20221230-0424, all MIDI are playing 1 octave higher than it should be. MIDI "octave" are correctly played in v3.0.18-win32.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
