Dual Distorted Pinkish Video Output With Hardware Accelerated Decoding Enabled in HEVC Main10

When playing a file recorded via OBS using instant replay with using CQP at CQ level 14 (also happened at level 15), the video output looks like 2 of the same video outputs in 1 window with a pinkish-green tint. The fix was to disable hardware accelerated decoding after which the video output was fine.

The issue was reported on the forum and I was asked to open an issue in the repository with a link to the forum post, where I have provided images for the output. Forum Post.
