Upgrade does not delete previous version.

I'm attempting to upgrade VLC 64-bit 3.0.18. It installs with no errors but it doesn't remove the old version.

I've tried buth the vlc-3.0.18-win64.exe & vlc-3.0.18-win64.msi and I get the same results.
