Audio stutter "too low audio sample frequency (0)" when playing multiple streams

I noticed that my vlc audio always will stutter, when I skip backward and forward while playing more than one audio stream.

Also I don't experience this kind of strange behavior with any other app than vlc.

For example I can play the same game, video (and music in rhythmbox) simultaneously without a problem.

How to reproduce:

1. play a youtube video.
2. leave it playing in the background.
3. play any audio or video format in vlc simultaneously.
4. now skip forward and/or backwards in vlc (one or multiple times).

• Fedora Linux 37 (gnome/mutter on wayland)
• Kernel 6.0.11 (x86_64)
• Pipewire 0.3.61 (i686, x86_64), Wireplumber 0.4.12 (x86_64)
• vlc-3.0.18-2.fc37.x86_64 (rpm fusion)

Result: audio will stutter and remain out of sync until vlc is restarted or all other streams are terminated.

Expected: preferably not stutter when playing multiple audio streams outside of vlc.
