Distorted colors in AV1 gbrp playback

vlc-3.0.18-win64, vlc-4.0.0-dev-win64-57a72ded (and earlier) play AV1 gbrp videos with distorted colors (black becomes green etc.).

Reproducibility: every time

System: Windows 10 Home 21H2, 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz, Intel Iris Xe

The bug might be related to a libaom-av1 decoder bug that was already fixed within aomedia Issue 3109 and FFmpeg defect 8929. (Current versions of FFmpeg, Google Drive and YouTube decode these videos correctly.)
