Video snapshot is inverted upside down

When I attempt to take screenshot Video/Take Snapshot it is flipped upside down, see attachment. Video is displayed correctly:

To reproduce this error, install virtual camera avswhs originated from Microsoft MSDN: http://www.penguin.cz/~fojtik/CamView/AVSHWS_WIN64.zip or http://www.penguin.cz/~fojtik/CamView/AVSHWS_WIN32.zip I have a valid signature for precompilled camera driver. So it works on any windows 7, 8, 10, 11 installation.

Then open VLC and choose: Media/Open capture device. Select Capture mode Direct Show and Video device name avswhs.

Some stream types have correct snapshot, some another types like RGB, RGBA not.

AVSHWS installation instructions (just for a case):

1. Copy AVSHwS.sys and AVSHwS.INF (and AVSHwS.cat) to a directory
2. Open “Add Hardware” wizard from Control Panel
3. Select "Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced)"
4. When you see "What type of hardware do you want to install", select Sound, Video, and Game Controllers
5. Select "Have Disk..."
6. Browse to " AVSHwS.INF "
7. Follow the on screen instructions
