contribs: dvbpsi fails to build incrementally

configure: error: source directory already configured; run "make distclean" there first
make: *** [.dvbpsi] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

The main.mak should probably check if it's already configured (build directory exists?) and run @-make distclean inside.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
