Playback copied m2ts files from PC in iMac M1 macOS Ventura

I have an external WesternDigital 8Tb HDD in exFAT format and I copied an m2ts 4K movie from Windows 10 PC into this HDD. Then I connect the HDD to my iMac M1 with macOS Ventura and I open the m2ts with VLC and it doesn't play. On the other hand, another m2ts 4K movie file that I download on my mac it plays with no problem. The only problem is in the copied files that I transfer with HDD from the PC to the mac. Any idea for this issue?
