VLC 4 Nightly builds not creating exe

Since a few days, Nightly builds releases have just one file: the one named vlc-4.0.0-dev-win64-debug-[hash].7z

Example: https://artifacts.videolan.org/vlc/nightly-win64-llvm/20221028-0426/

It usually produces several files such as msi/exe/zip etc.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
