Taskbar appears when in fullscreen at resolution 4096x2160

When I use the full resolution of my TV (4096x2160) and I enter fullscreen mode in VLC, the taskbar persists.

This does not occur at lower resolutions such as 3840x2160 or 1920x1080

The only way I managed to trick the taskbar to stay hidden was to set resolution to 3840x2160, open media in VLC, enter Fullscreen mode, then alt+tab to the resolution windows and change resolution to 4096x2160 and then alt+tab back to VLC and resume playing media. But if I exit fullscreen and enter fullscreen again, the Taskbar will persist.

Im using version 3.0.17.4
