PointingTooltip goes to the right edge of the application, when too close to the left edge

The bug is apparent when 'Pin video controls' is enabled in the preferences.

@fuzun mentioned that this bug is probably a Qt bug, caused by the pointing tooltip having a wrong parent, or from screen scaling.
