Playing video with Next Frame action (pressing and holding hotkey E) causes the freezing of playback function

This is an old issue.

How to reproduce: Play video by pressing and holding hotkey E (Next Frame action) for about 10 seconds or more. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 press-and-holds to cause the error. The error symptom: pressing Spacebar to start normal playback shows freezed frame, while elapse time counter ticks as normal. You can continue playback with E hotkey, but pressing Spacebar or clicking Play button do nothing. Sometimes in these cases after the application is closed, it does not free memory and you need to run Task Manager to throw it out.
