[4.0] really slow playback on Wayland/X11 with or without hw dec
Preferences have been reset.
Playback is very laggy on my end, both with and without --no-hw-dec, both with egl_wl/opengl and X11 render with env -u WAYLAND_DISPLAY. A few image are smooth after seek, but then it starts to throttle a lot, up to the displayed image being stuck.
No issue on current 3.0 branch.
Does it happen to other people or do I need to bisect?
