VLsub: Add "Odia" to the list of supported languages

In contrast to the implementation on Android and iOS, VLsub does not download the list of supported languages from OpenSubtitles.org but includes a hard coded list. It should be expanded, notably to add Odia to the list as requested by users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
