Black screen instead of video when playing AVI, FLV, ASF, WMV

After upgrading from previous settings to versions 3.0.17.x and 3.0.18-rc, when playing the listed video formats, a solid black screen with sound. The problem also partially occurs with WMV video recorded by the FastStone Capture recorder.

When the version is downgraded to 3.0.16, the specified video formats are played normally.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
