can not play wave file intactly using directsound

i simply use the demo source code for delphi. when i use aout=waveout, it's all fine. when i use directsound, the WAVE file contains male voice of "Testing Message" can not play intactly. most case it only plays "Te..." and the following gets lost.

please check the demo exe and the demo WAVE file of 8F741977-C52B-4CE5-A17C-F7CAFF4CA4EC.wav in the attached file.
