VLC can not play rtsp stram on ubuntu 22.04

I install vlc with apt install vlc and it can't play rtsp stream on ubuntu 22.04. ffplay works well. I capture the data with wireshark. It shows that vlc send the setup command first. I thing it's abnormal. I see the step is option,describe,setup.
