VLC still continue playing this "merged video without reencoding and convert that merged video to mp3" after it ends with no audio
I have an idea of merging video and convert them to mp3 but those takes time so I merge 2 video without re encoding then convert that video to mp3.
When I play it however it plays fine until when mp3 supposed to end the time freezes and stop button isn't showing when music ends and there's no audio left and when I opened first it show wrong time before it doing something and show the right time but guess what? The video that was merged without re encoding plays fine and it stop when the video ended.
Here's the mp3 file: https://cdn.rukchadisa.live/n.mp3
OS: Windows 11 Pro for Workstations 21H2 22000.795
VLC Version: 3.0.16 Vetinari
Hardware: Intel Core i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80 Ghz and Intel Graphics 4000

How to reproduce:
- Download the mp3 that I merged myself or you can go to reproduce the mp3 file to do it yourself locally
- Play it on VLC
- Seek it to near the end
- Profit(?)
Reproduce MP3
- Download (any or these specific videos (1/2)) from any source (I downloaded these 2 videos from YouTube)
- Move them to somewhere else then create a file called "merge.txt" in that same directory with content
file 'first file.mp4'
file 'second file.mp4'
- Execute this command in that same directory
ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i merge.txt -c copy output.mp4 && ffmpeg -i output.mp4 output.mp3
- You should get output.mp3 and output.mp4 after that I be able to reproduce this every time
