Nightly failing to start (on Windows 10)

VLC 4 Nightly is failing to start since a few days. The installer itself doesn't seem to finish.

The last working version seems to be https://artifacts.videolan.org/vlc/nightly-win64-llvm/20220803-0426/ and all other versions after that don't work.

Windows 10 version: 21H2.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
