3.0.17 Breaks Facebook .mpd streaming

Hello,

Up until v3.0.16 on Windows, I have been able to paste in a .mpd link from Facebook gaming in order to watch the steam (also on Android). However the latest updates for Windows (3.0.17) and Android (3.5.0) are no long playing these links. They just spin endlessly and load no audio or video. In order to reproduce you can visit a facebook gaming stream page such as https://www.facebook.com/gaming/vaderlive and using the browser you can "view source" to get the full .mpd link, example:

Open that long url as a network stream (you may need to remove the backslashes) and in 3.0.16 in windows/3.4.0 android it will play, however in 3.0.17 for windows/3.5.0 android it will not work. Looking a the changelog it appears there was an mpeg dash rewrite so maybe this could be the cause?

As an update I tested 3.0.18 and 4.0 nightlies and neither of those are working for this purpose as well.
