Missing first few seconds of video after converting H.264
When I try to convert a video to any format that uses the H.264 codec it produces an invalid file. The first few seconds of the file aren't visible when playing them back in VLC, (but they ARE visible if played back with Windows's "Films & TV" app so they are being saved.)
The issue is discussed in more depth here: https://www.reddit.com/r/VLC/comments/noikpz/vlc_not_converting_the_first_510_seconds_of_video/
I think the problem is what Dependent-Bee2174 said in that thread: The block and frame count stays at '0' for several seconds an there is a "main error: buffer deadlock prevented" message
The issue apparently didn't exist in version 3.0.10 so if we look at whatever was done to the converter since then the issue should show up.
You can see an example of the video files here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1MB25r-IWe5ZxHXtStkebQTWM9QugfMkW?usp=sharing
