Seek/Skip/Rewind while Casting makes player unresponsive

Description

Sometimes it hangs for a minute, sometimes forever. Tested with several mp3 files, Chromecast to Google Home Mini. Latest VLC Android beta.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start casting mp3
2. Pause (it also happens while playing, it's just easier to reproduce on pause)
3. Use 10 sec Skip/Rewind buttons: Rewind-Rewind-Skip-Skip several times without delay
4. Hit play

Expected behavior

Normal playback

Actual behavior

Player becomes unresponsive

There is another issue that might be related #25724 When you use ":start-paused" while casting - media player hangs the same way.
