[ISSUE] SNAP VLC does Not work with Plugins.

if i install VLC from SNAP, vlc-plugin-jack does Not work, because both are installed at different locations. and there is No vlc-plugin-jack for snap.

if i remove vlc snap, and install the apt-get / synaptic VLC,

works ok. same version 3.0.16
