MediaCodec: No deinterlacing for H.264 MBAFF

VLC-Android-2.5.7-20171104-0239-ARMv7 and VLC 2.5.8 beta on Android 7.0

VLC doesn't deinterlace this sample whilst it's working fine with the desktop version of VLC 3.0.0: http://dl.free.fr/jQYCTR9i7

However MPEG2 files are properly deinterlaced.
