MediaCodec: issues with mpeg2 from DVD iso

Description

You can't play a DVD iso if HW is enable

Expected behavior

You should be able to play a DVD iso with Automatic set to HW decoding, or at least fall back to software decoding if it doesn't work.

Actual behavior

You have a black screen when you launch a DVD.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch a DVD iso : black screen
2. Set HW decoding to disable
3. Launch a DVD iso : VLC play normally
