AudioTrack: DTS:X pass-through not working on Shield TV

Description

Playing a DTS:X file on VLC on SHIELD does not properly pass-through DTS:X Audio to my Denon AV receiver, while it works fine with the Google Video player app.

Expected behavior

VLC should pass-through DTS:X

Actual behavior

VLC passes through DTS HD Hi-Res Audio

Steps to reproduce

Enable Pass-through in settings
Play attached sample file
Observe output format on the AV receiver
