Subtitle lines with same time code are displayed in the wrong order

Description

When you play a video with subtitles that has lines with the same time code then they are displayed in the wrong order.

The behavior is the same on Windows.

Workaround
You can edit the subtitle file and merge these lines as explained on:

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a subtitle file to a video with two single lines as above.
2. Play the video at the time with the lines.
3. The line order should be:

   Line 2
