no hotkeys in webplugins, libvlc, etc

With the mozilla-plugin and the ActiveX, hotkeys used to work (tested untill 0.9.8a) in fullscreen (keys 'f', space, 'a', etc).

It doesn't work anymore with 1.0.0-pre2. Even escape key or 'f' do not exit fullscreen, double right-click have to be used.

At least Linux and Windows are affected, Mouse scroll volume control affected too.
