MSI Installer writes the wrong DisplayVersion

Hi, i'm a WinGet contributor and i noticed the MSI Installer is writing the wrong DisplayVersion, aka the patch version is not getting updated.

In this picture i've used every 3.0.17.4 installer and you can see two of them is reporting version 3.0.17.0

Once you guys are fixing the installer, would it be suitable to change the MSI's DisplayName to VLC media player instead of VLC media player <version> <architecture>?
