bad videoplayback with rx580+vaapi+wayland

the issue is the same as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1911939 here are pictures that reflects my problem with fidelity. when I disable HW accel (included auto the default behaviour with bad playback on wayland) all is fine and I have tested on MPV with wayland and vaapi enabled and the video was played fine so no problem with my amd or vaapi bug... So I think it has to be a problem here in VLC, right?... Can someone reproduce it?
