H265 RTSP stream displays 1 frame (decodes 12 blocks), and nothing more.

The UI appears to just infinitely buffer.

The stream is a 1920x1080 stream from an Ankke E200 model CCTV system,

The stream URL looks like this: rtsp://admin:password@IP-DVR.lan:554/Streaming/Channels/101/?transportmode=unicast.sdp

I simply get 1 pretty good looking frame of video, and then nothing else, gstreamer players seem to have no issue with it.

I have attached a screenshot of the codec information, Willing to provide more info if needed.

I have tried every RTSP and MP4 and H265 related setting I can think of in advanced settings, I have tried increasing the stream cache, no change in behaviour.

if anyone has an idea for a work-around I could try I would appreciate suggestions.

if any more information is required, I will try to provide.

(I am on Ubuntu Mate 20.04.3 LTS, and have tried both the .deb and the snap package)
