Qt (redesign): Default window size too small

Edit: rewritten having noticed a couple of things.

Having deleted my vlc-qt-interface.conf file thus resetting window size back to default, there are certain interface elements that are hidden due to the window size being so small.

This includes:

• The 'playlists' "tab" in music view (medialibrary), along with half of 'Genre'.
• The ellipsis control on the end of rows in music tracks view.

I've just happened to discover that scrolling is available on both the "tab" bar and the main track list pane, though it was not at all intuitive that this was possible and quite by accident that I discovered it. Increasing the default window size seems like most simple and best solution.
