Qt: Play queue drawing issues in video playback view

With the default window size (vlc-qt-interface.conf deleted), the play queue looks like this in the "main" (initial) view (good):

If I click the "item" widget in the bottom left and then show the play queue, it looks like this though:

Obviously there are multiple issues here including the narrow width and the overlap with CSD window buttons.
