Video crashing VLC + crashing sample

Trying to play a video stream from my LAN satellite receiver (Vu+ Uno 4K SE) running Enigma 2 Firmware VTi. The behaviour is kinda strange.

From stream: (LAN 1Gbit - no issues with speed tested just via file download from the device) It needs a lot of time to "buffer" the data before actually showing a video, then it usually crashes. Sometimes, like 1/10 tries, it actually plays a video and then stops after some time (tens of seconds).

Crashing video sample: (https://www.dropbox.com/s/d8vevwjkc7m9o7b/1_0_19_1F44_CA1_3_EB0000_0_0_0_.mpeg?dl=0) Few secs to "buffer", then the VLC window resizes, following like 3 secs of playing audio only (black screen), then crash. (the file downloaded just simply opening the URL in chrome => save as dialog => saving for couple seconds.

I've tried couple other players and only PotPlayer seems to be working fine every time, other players seem to have similar issues like playing fews secs then stop or not playing it at all.

My setup

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro - Version	10.0.19042 Build 19042
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor, 3401 Mhz, 16 Core(s), 32 Logical Processor(s)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
VLC 3.0.16 (VLC on Android seems to be working fine, no crashing or auto-stop issues)

channel.M3U (just for the URL in case of some potential weird url en/de-coding issue)
