UI is so slow it's totally unsusable

Using the latest nightly build (win32, win64 and win64 llvm) the UI is very slow. It can take up to 30 sec or more for it to respond. Sometimes it just plain crashes. Everything is set by default (new installation with deleted preferences).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
