VLC 1.0.0-pre1 doesn't play some H264 in MPEG container videos

As said in the title, VLC 1.0.0-pre1 doesn't play some H264 in MPEG container videos.

Although it's playing fine in DirectShow players if you have the required splitter and decoder (see the screenshot).

However this other H264 in MPEG video is playing fine in VLC: http://www.zshare.net/download/58511002208dbfe6/
