Wrong size of video playback on PC

The given video is played on PC with wrong proportions, it is expanded in width and then cropped to needed size of 1080*1920. One may suggest it has corrupted metadata, but all other tested players show it just fine (WMP, MPC-HC, even Chrome / Firefox). VLC ver.3.0.16, tested on pure Windows 10 with 3 different computers.
