Have autoconf script check for backtrace in libexecinfo

The autoconf script currently checks for backtrace, but if it doesn't find backtrace in libc (.e.g. glibc) it should also check for libexecinfo which is necessary for FreeBSD / NetBSD / OpenBSD / DragonFlyBSD and musl-based Linux OS's.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
