Short OGG playback not playing entirely or at all
VLC 3.0.16 Windows 10 64-bit, Arch linux 64-bit, Galaxy S8, iPhone
Very short ogg files (about <0.1 seconds, varies per file) do not play the whole file or do not play at all. Same ogg files have normal playback in mpv and firefox.
WAV files provided as a control as they do not produce the issue.
