[Improvement] VLC Mediaplayer title with filename instead of metadata

When playing .MP4 files on GNU/linux system (UbuntuStudio 20.04.3 LTS) with VLC Media player 3.0.9.2, the window title displays video metadata "Artist" + "Title", but this is not always a good choice. When derushing large amount of video files from cameras, filenames should be a better choice (to delete junk videos, drag & drop good one to Kdenlive or other video editing software, ...).

Please, add an option to chose between metadata or filenames to be displayed in video title and playlist. Free string building from different metadata fields, pathname, filename and extension could be full versatile option.
