Ratings of tracks are not displayed and can't be set on Debian/KDE

On Debian11/KDE VLC v3.0.16 doesn't display the ratings of music tracks in the Rating column. Furthermore, the ratings also can't be set within VLC.

No rating is displayed in VLC but it is displayed in the Dolphin file manager which I used to set the rating.

There could be more forms of ratings such as multiple ratings per track (one rating per playlist) or linking the playlists a track is featured in (probably better in separate column) using metadata info stored in the file. But at least for a start the one rating of the track should be displayed in the column.
