Right Click doesn't bring up menu once media is playing

VLC 3.0.16 (vlc (beta) 3.0.16-190-ga31161d9) in linux.

Once media is playing, a right mouse click no-longer brings up the menu with View, Tools, Playlist, Open Media, Quit, etc.

If you happen to have the window minimized, Ctrl+H is the only way to get back to a menu.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
