VLC for Windows missing UDP packets leading to discontinuity received (CC errors)

There is UDP receive issue when the streamer device sends data very fast. VLC cannot receive all data leading to missing some of the UDP rx packets. The solution is to increase the socket rx buffer.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
