VLC 3.0.16 - IPTV Playlist Freezes or Hang VLC for many many seconds

Hi all. I know it's quite a FAQ 😒 But, is there a simple way with 3.0.16 to load an IPTV-Playlist with more then 30.000 titles to open in a fast way? Actually, it often freezes VLC (with need to kill process) or, in some case, it open in many many minutes, meanwhile VLC is irresponsive 😢 Thanks.
