S20 and DAT-12 wrong surround channel order

20-bit PCM and DAT-12 (which are only sourced by Live555 so far) follow the RTP AVP channel order, not WG4. The araw decoder needs to reorder them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
