RTP: linear (PCM) payload formats

There is some basic support for L8 and L16 but:

  • channel ordering with more than 2 channels is incorrect (see RFC3551 §4.1),
  • optional channel ordering parameter is ignored (see RFC3190 §7),
  • 20- and 24-bit depths are missing (see RFC3190 §4).
